What we collect

• The text, goal and audience you enter, and the report produced from them.
• Images you attach, if you choose to. We store them as plain pictures, without the metadata (such as location) of the original file.
• Your email address, which you type on the payment page. We use it to send your report link and to handle refunds. It does not create an account.
• A payment record from our payment processor (amount, time, a payment reference). We never see or store your card number.
• One cookie that identifies your browser so that you, and nobody else, can open what you bought. Your language choice is stored in your browser.
• Basic technical logs without your text or email, and daily totals such as how many reviews were run.

What we do not do

• No advertising, no tracking cookies, no third-party analytics.
• We do not sell your data.
• We do not use your text or images to train AI models.

Who processes your data for us

• Your text, and any images you attach, are sent to OpenCode, which generates the report from them. This also happens before you pay: the free first reader is produced the same way.
• Stripe processes payments.
• Amazon Web Services hosts the service and sends our emails.

How long we keep it

• A draft you do not pay for, with its free first reader: deleted within 24 hours.
• Images: deleted automatically about 24 hours after you add them, and never later than 25 hours, including images attached to a paid review. A paid report keeps your text and the readers' answers, not the images.
• A paid report: 30 days after it finishes, then deleted.
• Payment records: about 180 days, to handle refunds and disputes. Your email is removed from them after about 30 days.
• Backups are deleted on their own schedule.

Your choices

Write to support@roundask.com to get a copy of your data or to have it deleted sooner. Depending on where you live you may have further rights under local law.

我们不做什么

• 不投放广告，不使用跟踪 Cookie，不使用第三方统计工具。
• 不出售你的数据。
• 不用你的文字或图片训练 AI 模型。

谁在替我们处理数据

• 你的文字，以及你添加的图片，会发送给 OpenCode，由其生成报告。付款之前也是如此：免费的第一位读者同样这样生成。
• Stripe 处理付款。
• 亚马逊云服务（AWS）提供服务器并发送邮件。

保留多久

• 没有付款的草稿，以及它的免费第一位读者：24 小时内删除。
• 图片：自动删除，在你添加后约 24 小时，最迟不超过 25 小时，已附在付费评审上的图片也一样。付费报告保留你的文字和读者的回答，不保留图片。
• 付费报告：完成后保留 30 天，之后删除。
• 付款记录：保留约 180 天，用于处理退款和争议；其中的邮箱约 30 天后移除。
• 备份按自己的周期删除。

你的选择

写信到 support@roundask.com，可以索取你的数据副本，或要求提前删除。根据你所在地区的法律，你可能还享有其他权利。
