1. What this service is

Roundask shows you how a panel of 20 simulated readers reacts to a text you paste. The readers are generated by an AI model from population data. They are not real people, and nobody real reads your text. The result is a starting point for improving your text. It is not a prediction of how real customers, employers or investors will react, and it is not professional advice.

2. What you buy

One payment of USD 2.99 buys one run: either one panel review of one text, or one version comparison for a text that already has a panel review. There is no subscription and no account. Prices are in US dollars; your bank may add its own fees.

3. Refunds and problems

• Your report is made as soon as you pay. Once a report has been generated or can be opened, the payment is not refunded.
• If we cannot generate your report, you are not charged for it.
• If anything goes wrong, or you are unhappy with what you received, write to support@roundask.com from the email address you used at checkout, or include the link we sent you. We read every message and answer it.
• If money is returned to you, it goes back to the card you paid with. Your bank decides how fast it appears.

4. Your text

You keep all rights to what you paste or attach, including images. You confirm you are allowed to submit it. Do not paste passwords, secrets, or sensitive personal information about yourself or others. We use your text and images only to produce your free first reader and your report.

5. Getting back to your report

The browser you paid in can open your report. We also email you a private link. Anyone who has that link can open the report, so keep it to yourself. Reports are kept for 30 days after they finish, then deleted.

6. Fair use

Do not use the service to break the law, to harass anyone, or to try to access other people's reports. Do not try to get around payment or usage limits. Do not attach images that show illegal content, images of other people unless you have the right to use them, or any sexual content involving minors. We may refuse or refund a run, or remove images, that break these rules.

7. Availability

We try to keep the service running but do not promise it will always be available. When the service is full we will tell you before you pay.

8. Limits of our responsibility

The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, our total responsibility for any run is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here removes rights you have under consumer law. These terms are governed by the law of the State of Delaware, USA.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page on the day you pay applies to that run.

2. 你买到的是什么

3. 退款与问题处理

• 付款后报告立即开始生成。报告一旦生成或可以打开，原则上不予退款。
• 如果我们无法生成你的报告，不会向你收费。
• 遇到任何问题，或者对收到的内容不满意，请用付款时填写的邮箱写信到 support@roundask.com，或者附上我们发给你的链接。每封来信我们都会看，也都会回复。
• 如有款项退还，原路退回付款的银行卡，到账时间由银行决定。

4. 你的文字

你贴入或添加的内容（包括图片），权利仍然归你。你确认自己有权提交这些内容。请不要贴入密码、机密，或者你自己和他人的敏感个人信息。我们只用你的文字和图片来生成免费的第一位读者和你的报告。

5. 怎样再次查看报告

付款时使用的浏览器可以直接打开报告。我们也会把一个私人链接发到你的邮箱。任何拿到这个链接的人都能打开报告，请自己保管好。报告在完成后保留 30 天，之后删除。

6. 合理使用

不得用本服务从事违法活动、骚扰他人，或者试图查看别人的报告；不得绕过付款或使用限制。不得添加展示违法内容的图片，不得添加他人的图片（除非你有权使用），不得添加任何涉及未成年人的色情内容。违反这些规定的运行，我们可以拒绝或退款，也可以删除相关图片。

7. 服务可用性

我们尽力保持服务正常，但不保证随时可用。服务繁忙时，我们会在你付款之前告诉你。

8. 责任范围

服务按现状提供。在法律允许的范围内，我们对每次运行承担的责任以你为该次运行支付的金额为限。本条款不影响你依据消费者保护法律享有的权利。本条款的适用法律：the State of Delaware, USA。

9. 条款更新

我们可能更新本条款。每次运行适用你付款当天本页面上的版本。
